getCellFiles	getCellFiles : returns a cell array with the names of the cell files in cellDir
getPoleSign	getPoleSign : returns the sign of the pole for a cell data structure
imshift	imshift : shifts an array by 'offest' and pads the offset with zeros.
intAlignIm	intAlignIm : aligning image A to image B with given precision
intShiftIm	intShiftIm: shifts image 'imIn' by the parameters in 'out'
isFocus	focusNum : Computes how in focus an image is.
isRightNameFormat	isRightNameFormat : returns true if .tif images in the directory have the
isnat	isnat : finds if numbers in an array are natural (ie positive and
isnum	isnum : returns boolean flag with locations of numbers in the string.
makenat	makenat : returns the list with only natural numbers back
printError	printError : displays message from a catch statement with hyperlinks.
