PURPOSE ^

isnum : returns boolean flag with locations of numbers in the string.

SYNOPSIS ^

function [ flag ] = isnum( str )

DESCRIPTION ^

 isnum : returns boolean flag with locations of numbers in the string.

 INPUT : 
   str : input string
 OUTPUT : 
   flag : boolean with 1 at the locations of numbers in the string.
