curveFilter	curveFilter : calculates the curvatures of an image.
intFindFociCurve	intFindFociCurve: finds the location of foci and assigns them to the cells.
trackOptiCellFluor	trackOptiCellFluor : Computes fluorescence statistics
trackOptiFindFoci	trackOptiFindFoci : Finds foci in cells. Note that this only
trackOptiFluor	trackOptiFluor calculates the mean background fluorescence for each frame.
